For this assignment, we were tasked with overseeing a project of our choosing from inception to completion. While we had the flexibility to decide the nature of the project, many of us opted to focus on creating branding for either a new or existing company or even a company of our invention. In my case, I decided to undertake the rebranding of my dad's business, Baylis Marine. I navigated through the entire process, starting with research and discussions with my dad to gather information, moving on to sketches and initial brainstorming, and finally culminating in the creation of a definitive logo, color palette, and overall brand identity.
